Can I add titles throughout the term of my contract?
Yes! If you’d like to add a title at anytime throughout the year, simply give us a call, fax or email the request.

If I receive a publisher’s discount or promotion through the mail, will you honor it?
Yes! Simply fax a copy of the promotional card or mail it to us, and we’ll be happy to honor the price.

If a title ceases during my subscription, how do you handle it?
If the publisher replaces the title with a comparable title, you will receive it for the duration of your subscription. If they do not replace it, or if you do not wish to receive the specific replacement title, simply let us know, and we’ll issue you a credit or work with you to find another suitable replacement.

How do I make a claim?
Simply call our toll-free number, email, or fax your claim to your representative – whichever is easiest for you! We ensure a timely response in whichever manner you request.

What happens if I miss an issue?
Simply let us know as soon as possible, and we will contact the publisher to request a replacement copy. We also have our own missing issue bank. If we have the specific title in our missing issue bank, we will mail it to you immediately & ask the publisher to extend your subscription to make up for the missed issue. We also have a unique “hand delivery service.” If you are missing a current issue and we are able to purchase it at the local bookstore, we will do so & mail it to you immediately. There is no additional charge for this service (replacement copy & shipping are both complimentary!).

What happens if I receive duplicate copies of an issue?
Simply let us know, and we will contact the publisher to combine & extend the subscription to make up for the duplicates.

Will I be assigned a representative?
Yes! At the beginning of your contract, you will be assigned a representative who will assist you with all requests, claims, and information. We pride ourselves on delivering personalized service by individuals who know you & are familiar with your account. We treat each account with the same attention to detail, regardless of how large or small the account is. We appreciate everybody & show it! Our company has an extremely low turnover rate & you will not be shuffled around!

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, Visa & MasterCard, and direct deposit.
